Digital Innovation Partner is a specialized Swiss-based IT company, part of the Swiss Digital Network, that will need for its Tunisian office, a Lead MLOps /AI Engineer for a full-time Position.

We are seeking an experienced Lead MLOps/AI Engineer to join our expanding AI-driven product development and solutions delivery team. In this position, you will provide technical leadership in AI-driven product development and play a pivotal role in scaling and industrializing AI applications. The role involves designing, deploying, and delivering production-grade AI solutions, collaborating with teams in Switzerland, and promoting innovation.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will lead the design, deployment, and operation of AI products in production. This position requires technical expertise in MLOps, infrastructure optimization, and collaboration between product and engineering teams.

·  Design, deploy, and manage scalable ML & AI production systems

·  Establish MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle standards

·  Monitor and address data/model drift for reliability

·  Optimize data pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems

·  Work with stakeholders in Agile teams

·  Mentor and guide team members for technical quality

Your Skills

MLOps Engineering

·  Experience deploying ML models in production

·  Skilled in CI/CD pipeline construction

·  Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar systems

·  Data pipeline and feature engineering experience

·  API design for ML/data services

Collaboration & Leadership

·  Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams

·  Ability to work independently and drive technical projects

·  Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions

·  Comfortable collaborating with product owners, SMEs, architects, and engineering teams

·  Strong work experience in Agile environments

·  Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
