About Us We are a growing US-based logistics company operating a fleet of 8 over-the-road (OTR) semi-trucks across the United States. Our fleet utilizes team drivers on multi-week rotations. We are currently building our central command team in Tunisia and integrating advanced automation into our daily workflows. We need a strong, systems-oriented Operations Manager to take ownership of our daily execution, build processes from scratch, and manage our remote staff.

The Role You will be the operational engine of the business. You will be responsible for getting our full fleet generating revenue, managing our administrative compliance, and leading our local Tunisian support team. You do not need prior US trucking experience—we will teach you the industry rules—but you must be an expert in building systems, managing people, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet & Logistics Management:

    • Oversee the daily operations of an 8-truck US fleet. Your immediate priority will be unblocking bottlenecks to get 3 currently parked trucks seated with team drivers and back on the road.

    • Manage company paperwork, commercial insurance renewals, and strict US transport compliance documents.

    • Act as the escalation point for on-the-road driver issues and dispatch communications.

  • Recruitment & Team Leadership:

    • Directly manage our dedicated recruiter (caller) based in Tunisia.

    • Track lead conversion rates, audit call quality, and ensure the recruiter hits strict targets for hiring US team drivers.

  • Technology & Automation (OpenClaw / Telegram):

    • Manage our in-house IT developer (also based in Tunisia).

    • Lead the rollout of our OpenClaw AI framework by giving the developer clear, actionable instructions on what operational bottlenecks to automate.

    • Design and oversee automated workflows to extract and manage load/dispatch data coming through Telegram.

  • Systems Building: Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the entire company, transitioning us from manual operations to a highly automated, scalable business.

Requirements

  • Schedule: Must be able to consistently work late hours (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM local Tunisia time) to align with US business operations.

  • Language: Fluent, professional-level spoken and written English is strictly required.

  • Experience: 3+ years in Operations Management, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Tech Project Management, or complex logistics.

  • Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a team (HR/recruiting and IT) and hold them accountable to KPIs over video calls and digital workspaces.

  • Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable managing data flow, communication tools (Telegram, Zoom), and overseeing custom software/AI integrations.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary

  • Aggressive performance bonuses (major cash bonuses for successfully seating and keeping drivers in our parked trucks).

  • The opportunity to act as the second-in-command for a growing US business.

  • Comprehensive training on the US trucking industry.
